Choosing the right crèche for your child can be challenging. We understand there will be many questions along the way, but let us help with some of the most frequently asked questions…

What are your operating hours?

Our operating hours are between 7:30am-6pm Monday to Friday.

What days are you closed during the year?

Good Friday, Bank Holidays, 24th December to 1st January inclusive

What Government Subsidy Schemes do you offer?

We offer the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) and also the Early Childhood Care & Education Scheme (ECCE).

Do you provide food?

Yes. We provide breakfast, a hot dinner and tea with snacks offered throughout the day. All of the food is prepared by our in-house cook except for the hot dinner which is supplied by Little Dinners.

What do I need to send in every day for my child?

When your little one starts with us you can leave spare clothes and nappies, so all you have to do is get them dressed in the morning and drop them off. We will take care of the rest!

Are nap times flexible?

We always try where possible to accommodate specific sleep patterns. On occasions, we may need to adjust them but this will be discussed with you beforehand.

Are you open during school holidays?

We open 51 weeks per year closing only for the Christmas/New Year period.

Do you offer Afterschool care?

No. We only cater for children ages 9 months to 6 years.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. We offer a 5% discount to 2 full-time siblings. See our fees section for more information.

What does the “settling in period” entail?

We offer a free 6 hour settling in period which is carried out over 3 days in the lead-up to your child starting with us. 1 hour the first day, 2 hours the second day and 3 hours the third day. Visit our about us and our creche section for more.

Do you have a communication App so I can see my child’s day?

Yes. We use TeachKloud, an online app where we can share your child’s day, progress and learning opportunities with you. Visit our parent’s hub for more.

Do you offer part-time care?

We offer full days only which may vary from 1-5 days per week. We do not offer half days.
